From one man’s fast to a movement of freedom.

In March 2025, I committed to a 7-day water-only fast, not for weight loss, but to break food addiction, reconnect with God, and awaken my spirit.

What happened next changed everything.

Over those seven days, I faced cravings, emotions, and old patterns I didn’t even know I was carrying.
But I also experienced peace, clarity, and powerful moments of divine confirmation —including divine confirmations I never could’ve orchestrated, which served as a reminder that I was right where God wanted me.

I journaled every single day. The highs. The doubts. The breakthroughs.

And now, I’m sharing that journal — not as a rulebook, but as a companion for anyone ready to try this path too.
