In March 2025, I committed to a 7-day water-only fast — not for weight loss, but to break food addiction, reconnect with God, and awaken my spirit.

What happened next changed everything.

Over those seven days, I faced cravings, emotions, and old patterns I didn’t even know I was carrying. But I also experienced peace, clarity, and divine confirmations I could never have orchestrated — unmistakable reminders that I was exactly where God wanted me.

I journaled every single day. The highs. The doubts. The breakthroughs. I didn’t start this to impress anyone. I started because I knew something had to change — in my body, in my mind, and in my walk with God.

I wrote it all down — the discomfort, the discipline, the divine. The moments that nearly broke me… and the moments that rebuilt me. Now I’m sharing it — not as a rulebook, but as a companion for anyone ready to take this path too.
